Vikas Kohli obtained his Dutch ‘doctorandus’ degree in Computer Science from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Vikas has over 20 years of industry experience in IT project management, engineering support, and business development. Prior to starting NIIS Vikas had a distinguished career in high end consultancy in IT, Banking and Aero-Space Industry in Europe.

Vikas has always been closely associated with India. Facilitating business development between the Netherlands and India is of special interest to him. He created a platform where companies from both parts of the world could interact with each other.

Vikas has management responsibilities in multiple Dutch non-governmental organizations.
